Zeaxanthin
The most critical nutrient needed for vision protection and improvement. Zeaxanthin acts as “internal sunglasses” for vision by protecting it from harmful blue light and other oxidants. Lutein

Have definitely seen an improvement with use of this product however, although the capsule is no larger than others I have taken, I have had problems with it. Seems like the shape (wider in the center) than the usual capsule shape makes it sometimes turn while going down and it sometimes gets caught. One time it seemed to get lodged and I could not breathe which frightened me. Please change the capsule as it seems like there is a problem with how it is balanced. I haven’t taken it in several months now because of this problem but would like to start taking it again
