An Auto-Ship program works similarly to a magazine subscription. Auto-Ship is convenient for those who want their product delivered on a regular schedule. With Auto-Ship, you pay only at the time of shipment. Each EyePromise bottle contains a sixty (60) day supply. Therefore you will receive one bottle every sixty (60) days if you select Quantity "1."
(NOTE: If your eye care professional recommends two (2) softgels per day, your bottle will last 30 days. Many patients with low macular pigment are directed to take two (2) softgels per day for the first six (6) months or until their macular pigment density reaches the desired level. It is essential to continue taking EyePromise to maintain your macular pigment level.
Depending on dosing and the quantity of bottles you purchase on your initial order, we will calculate how long your initial supply will last and ship a new supply automatically under the auto ship option. Refer to the table below to determine how many bottles you'd like to order. Remember: We offer FREE shipping when you purchase three (3) or more bottles at one time. Auto-ship purchases must be made with a credit card. There are no obligations under the Auto-Ship Program and you may cancel at any time.
